We want all of our customers to love their GCI product as much as we do! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it is unused and is still in its original packaging with tags attached. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information. Products purchased from an authorized dealer (i.e. Amazon, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Academy Sports + Outdoors, etc.), must be returned to the dealer it was purchased from.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will refund the original amount. A refund will be returned to the original form of payment and will appear on your card in 3-5 business days.

For exchanges, please return your product for a full refund and place another order for the correct product.
